Counseling For Groups
Friendship Therapy
What do friends do when they’re at odds and need help resolving their issues? If you miss and want your friend back, if you keep getting into painful fights and don’t know how to make a change, if you feel wronged and are seeking resolution, friendship therapy is right for you. We won’t judge you.
We won’t minimize the importance of what you bring to the table. We also won’t weigh in on who’s right and who’s wrong. Instead, we’ll provide a nonjudgmental, open forum to discuss what has happened and where the relationship is, and we’ll give you the tools you need to resolve the problems yourselves.
Anger Management
Have you been told you have an anger problem? Do you find yourself going from 0-100 in an instant? Losing your temper on a daily or weekly basis?
Don't let anger ruin your relationships. Check out our anger management groups (or individuacl coaching) to get a handle on it.
Whether you are doing this for yourself and your loved one, or you need a certificate for the court, we'll help you get the most out of this program.
Practical Home Management
If you are a parent or guardian running a home, you know that it’s a full-time job and more. Managing meals, laundry, clean-ups, shopping, and clean-ups again is a major challenge – and if you hold down a job outside the home as well, you’ve got your work cut out for you.

Post AIP Group
You did it! You completed an Abuse Intervention Program. Now what?
This is a group for men like you who have gone through a program and still want some group support. It’s a place to turn to for help, for constructive feedback, and for the company of guys who get it because they’ve been there.
Workplace Mediation
By bringing an objective and trained clinical professional into your office, we can open up the issues that are causing stress and help everyone to engage in a productive discussion aimed not only at solving the problems, but also at developing a mechanism for addressing future ones as well.
Through group sessions and smaller caucuses, we bring resolution and satisfaction to everyone involved. At the end of the day, your staff will be able to work together despite their differences and will learn how to communicate through them.
Abuse Prevention Education
Child Sexual Abuse
The statistics are stark. 1 in 4 boys and 1 in 6 girls will experience some form of sexual abuse by the time they turn 18. The effects can be devastating, and lifelong. We cannot sit by and watch as our children grow up, hoping that somehow they will manage to stay safe on their own. We must educate ourselves to know how to identify, respond to, and prevent child sexual abuse.
Dating Violence
Teens are all-too-common victims of abuse and sexual assault, whether in the classroom, on a college campus, or online. Our Healthy Relationships workshops teach teens how to spot the signs of an abusive partner and what it takes to build a healthy relationship. Appropriate behavior online and IRL is also an important topic addressed
Domestic Violence
1 in 4 women will experience domestic violence in their lifetime. Victims of domestic violence suffer from anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and a host of other mental and physical problems that may last a lifetime. Learn what the signs of domestic abuse are and what you can do to help potential victims.
